Dip Platters


Hummus - Whipped chickpeas with lemon, olive oil, garlic, and herbs
Tzatziki - Greek yogurt with cucumbers, garlic, and herbs
Tyrokafteri - A spicy blend of feta cheese, with hot and sweet peppers
Taramasolata - A light dip of caviar blended with lemon and oil
Melizanosalata - Puree of roasted eggplant, lemon and garlic
Greek Olives & Feta - Kalamata olives and Greek feta cheese, drizzled with olive oil, oregano, and red pepper flakes

   Each 12 oz dip serves four to six people.

       ~ Medallions of lamb braised and then slow-cooked in a savory tomato sauce. Tossed with Greek orzo pasta.
